The Outdoor Rated Stainless Steel Infrared Heater is a great way to add warmth to any industrial space during those cold days and nights! Featuring an instant, high intensity radiant heat using a single specialized Ruby "Red" infrared heating element for glare protection, stainless steel housing with Coilzak Aluminum reflector for optimum reflectivity and corrosion resistance, and 60 degree symmectrical heat pattren for even distribution of heat. Great outdoor spot heating for patio areas, bus shelters, airport terminals, etc. Ideal for indoor spot heating over workstations, lobby entrances, vestibule areas, process applications for parts, and many more. To achieve optimum infrared heating results, mount each heater 6' apart at 8' to 9' high and tilt the heaters 15 degrees inwards towards target. The heater has a single 1600 watt, 208 or 240 volt, direct wire and single phase operation heating element and mounting plate included. Supplied mounting plate allows unit to operate in a horizontal position or can be mounted at a 45 degree angle using standard pipe nipple (not supplied).
