750 to 1250 SCFM POS Series Oil/Water Separator
This model is effective in all compressed air systems, it requires no electricity and operates with all makes of compressors. It receives condensate discharged by intelligent drains, timed solenoid drains, manual drains or float style drains. Premier POS Oil/Water Separators remove over 99% of oil content (mineral, synthetic, semi-synthetic, and polyglycol) and stable emulsions from the condensate discharge of a compressed air system. Replaceable filter element bags trap lubricants but allow water to pass through the POS separator. The conditioned water meets stringent EPA guidelines and conforms to local and State codes. This premier POS Series model separates mineral, synthetic and semi-synthetic oils. This multi-tower unit is made of seamless molded-plastic construction that will not crack or leak while removable lids provide easy access for periodic element replacement. Installation requires positioning of the unit for efficient collection of condensate from all sources, and connection to inlet and outlet piping. If you choose to add POS EXT it will provide you with an additional carbon finishing that doubles the condensate processing capacity of this Two Tower model. POS EXT Increased Capacity for Premier POS 1251 Oil/Water Separators
The POS EXT extender provides additional carbon finishing doubles the condensate processing capacity of the PREMIER POS1251 Oil/Water Separator. The single-vessel extender has no moving parts, requires no electricity and little maintenance - only periodic change of the replaceable carbon finishing element is necessary Attachment of the POS EXT extender to the POS 1251 Oil/Water Separator is made through simple connection of the outlet port of the POS1251 and the inlet port of the extender. The extender can be positioned in-line or at a right angle to the POS1251 to conform to available space. The outlet drain connection is then made to the POS EXT. Attachment of the POS EXT can be completed while the POS1251 Oil/Water Separator is installed and filled with condensate.

Warranty:
- PREMIER products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of shipment from the factory. To allow the warranty to be in effect for 12 months from the date of equipment start-up, the Warranty Registration Card must be completed and returned to PREMIER
