I have a 12-year old deck, that was not water protected, thus very moldy and dirty. This washer helped me clean it efficiently and without damage. Also I cleaned old stain on the side of the house, garage doors, my car and the driveway. It works well for extended periods of time and it's very easy to move around. The user has to be careful adjusting the pressure right for each kind of job. I think the washer reaches its limits when cleaning old, thick paint.

It took the better part of two days to clean our large decks, 24 X 16 feet and 22X20 feet. It did a good job but was tedius. Probably a more powerful washer would have been better for this large jobs.
It was great and quick for cleaning lawn and deck furniture and the basement hatchway.
This is the first time I have used a pressure washer.
The pressure hose and cord are combersome because you need to improvise ways to coil both.

For the average guy this pressure washer does all all that one would expect as this price range. It is compact, light weight, and easy to manuever. I only wish that the standard hose was five feet longer. At the time of me writing this review, I have only used this machine one time. I still don't know how well the machine will hold up after years of use.

Used this power washer on my 15 year old multi-level deck. Deck had never been cleaned before and I am amazed at how good it looks -- no more gray, weathered look. It's now wood colored again and looks great. Both setup and cleanup were a breeze and the light weight of the machine made it eash to move around while cleaning.
