Excellent arc performance is combined with an operator-friendly layout with controls on the wire feeder so it can be used in a work cell or a remote location. Large analog volt and ammeters for easy viewing. Material specific output studs provide the flexibility to produce the optimal arc characteristics for aluminum, stainless steel and all other materials. Solid-state weld contactor provides longevity to match the ultra-durable and reliable reputation of the Delta-Fab. Four-drive-roll feeding system with independent tension control handles small and large diameter wires. (Drive rolls and guides ordered separately.) Auto Remote Sense automatically selects remote control requirements through the 14-pin receptacle. Eliminates switches and confusion for the operator. Enclosed circuit board provides additional protection by eliminating contaminants which cause premature failure of components. Thermal overload protection automatically shuts down the system to prevent high repair costs. Remote voltage control is standard. Parameter adjustments can be made in weld cell or at a remote location. Miller industrial Wire Feeders now include a free Bernard Q-Gun and Centerfire Consumables.

Truck Freight Additional Information:
This product is too heavy/large to ship via the small package delivery services (e.g. UPS, FedEx) so it will be sent to you via truck freight. Truck freight is different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it's going).
The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.
