Works pretty good. Instructions referred to a mounting template that was not included and as I was installing it in a tight location, I had problems getting it up on the wall. Other critiques I had read about the rewind feature being poor are true. The suggestion offered to let all the air out of the hose works but defeats the purpose of having the reel to use repeatedly.

Soft Hose is great. Rolls out easily for use. Instructions mentioned template for mounting and there was none. I had to mount in confined space and it was difficult to gauge holes even when measuring them. Other comments I read about difficulty in rolling back the hose when a long length was pulled out are true. Helps to let out all the air but this is a pain each time. Roll up is the downside.

We have 2 mounted and plumbed to a stand in the middle of a 4x8 metal shop table. To date it has saved us several hundred dollars in damaged hoses that used to lay across the shop floor. Not to mention the trip hazards associated with this practice. This product is absolutley been benificial for our type of business.
