The bigger brother of the famous Small 50 Spray and Grout Pump. The Step-Up 120 is designed for the applications that need to be pumped and sprayed with more flow and pressure. A built in reversing vertical shaft mixer sits atop the Step-Up 120 which will discharge right into the pump for an easy and practical way to fill the hopper. The 220v variation at 2 horsepower of our Mortarman 120 is ideal to handle the mixing since it is perfect for just about any material that you throw into it. The Step 120 comes standard with a IM25L stator which can handle up to 3/8 inch aggregate and produce up to 6.6 GPM and 450 PSI of pumping pressure. The Step 120 is made to be towed on the road but also able to enter through 36" doorways. A dual diaphragm oil-less compressor is used to create the air pressure when spraying. The Step-Up 120 Spray and Grout Pump is powered by a 3 HP, 220 volt single phase motor with inverter technology to provide smooth and continuous flow even when the power source is not ideal. The inverter aides in starting and controlling the frequency in which the pump operates. The speed can be controlled by raising or lowering the frequency. The RPM's can range between 30 to 120 so that it can be used for many various applications and materials.

Truck Freight Additional Information:
This product is too heavy/large to ship via the small package delivery services (e.g. UPS, FedEx) so it will be sent to you via truck freight. Truck freight is different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it's going).
The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.
