The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

Comments about Imer Minuteman II - Portable Electric Concrete Mixer:
I fabricate custom concrete countertops for a living and this is the mixer I use. This thing is stellar--it's very well made, has a great American made motor, and it mixes noticeably better than the other small-capacity mixers out there. \n\nBe aware that the 2-2.5 cuft capacity is a little generous. It will do it--the machine can handle the weight easily and the motor won't bog down. But it is very difficult to get a large batch to mix properly, so it will take some effort on your part. But that's fine as it's a small machine made for smaller batches.\n\nThe only thing I would change about this mixer is to add a pin through the pivot sleeve in order to lock the mixer facing forward. The swivel action is actually pretty convenient, but it would be nice to be able to lock it in place.\n\nBottom line--people think this is just a Husky with a different paint job at double the price. That is not the case at all. They are very similar to be sure, but this has a fit and finish that far surpasses junk from HD. Imer manufactures mixers that sell all over the world and it's easy to see why.
