The inverter on this spray and grout pump gives 220 volt performance at the convenience of plug-in-anywhere 110 volt. A rheostat controls the motor RPM which means that you have total control of the flow to match with the material being applied. All of the operation on this Small 50 Spray & Grout Pump is controlled by the panel which can detect the wrong voltage and shut down as a safety. The unit will sense a jamb and cut the power to the pump. An error message followed by a number will display to help you with the troubleshooting. Thermal overloads are in place on the 100% duty cycle motor. This means that the motor on this Imer unit can run all day, every day. The control panel will sense an overload before the thermal protection on the motor. This is just the level of how safe, secure and sophisticated this machine is. The Small 50 Spray & Grout Pump boasts very big performance numbers which are 3.5 gallons (1/2 CF) per minute on pumping and 60 square yards @ 1/2" thick of spraying power with 60% utilization. Dual Diaphragm V-Stroke Compressor for Small 50
- The compressor must be purchased if you wan to both pump and spray material
- The compression is expensive because it is an all aluminum, twin diaphragm low pressure, high volume continuous duty 110 volt unit
