The patented transmission features an all-metal centrifugal clutch, oil-cooled for longer service life. The clutch is designed to slip on overload or sudden contact with buried obstructions. Spur gears on this Stihl Drive Two Man Hole Digger are precision machine-cut and deliver unequaled torque and horsepower. The innovative Comfort-Flex® composite handles actually flex under load to help absorb vibration and stress. The use of a composite material over steel tubing increases operator safety in the event the auger contacts an underground utility line. With Magura® twist grip throttle control this unit's maximum drilling torque is190 ft.lbs. This Two Man Hole Digger comes with a Stihl Drive shaft connection. Base unit does not include Auger.
