Bought it because of the auto off feature. That feature works fine but there are two issues that will prevent me from buying another one.\n\nThe first is minor - it is loud\n\nThe second is a deal breaker - the metal (tin?)valve stem connector is cheaply made and tends to be very difficult to remove. By the time you get it off you have lost half of the air you just put in. Very frustrating. I have tried it on three different cars and have the same problem with all of them.

Now that gas stations are charging $.75 for what used to be "free" air, it pays to have this. The cut-off feature is nice. In one of two items purchased, a rubber band inside the head that attaches to the valve stem came loose and bunched up when it was put on the tire valve, but it still worked nonetheless. While it is loud, I don't expect an air compressor to be silent. Keep the accessory tips in a safe place; if you store them in the clips in the cover they won't stay there and you'll lose them.
