Truck Freight Additional Information:

This product is too heavy/large to ship via the small package delivery services (e.g. UPS, FedEx) so it will be sent to you via truck freight. Truck freight is different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it's going).

The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

A nice little shed...

Comments about Arrow Sentry Shed 6' x 5':

A multiple page instruction manual with few words and mostly pictures lulls you into thinking that this is a snap. Once you do get the concept, the steps do go quickly. You will need 2 people or more and gloves! Pray for a windless day because in the beginning steps you will be making aluminum sails. The shed's individual components are all light weight but once all together, it seems solid. The shed is made of aluminum which is easily bent. If the edges of some parts are bent as mine were, you will have difficulty in attaching them together. You can bend them back, but you will not be able to get them into the exact shape that they are suppose to be. My shed after completion has two rear corners where the adjoining sides cannot attach to one another in the middle due to the distorted aluminum. Dismantling the entire shed after working on it for two afternoons and repacking it and then returning it was not an option I wanted to exercise. Make sure that you secure your shed to the ground either by purchasing one of the securing products or figuring it out on your own. In a bad wind storm, it will probably lift off the ground and fly away.
